1. Overview

We want you to shop with clarity. This Return Policy explains when you may return Vascoralis products purchased directly from our Site, how to initiate a return, how refunds are calculated, and important limitations related to food and supplement safety. It forms part of our contract with you together with the Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility window

For unopened products in salable condition, you may request a return within thirty calendar days from the date of delivery as recorded by the carrier. The thirty-day period begins when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered or makes it available for pickup. If you are unable to locate tracking information, contact us and we will help establish the delivery date using our records.

Opened dietary supplements generally cannot be returned for resale due to product integrity rules, except where required by law or where we authorize a return because of a verified defect, damage during transit, or fulfillment error attributable to us.

3. Condition requirements

Returned items must include all components shipped with the original order, including inserts and seals that were intact at delivery. Products must not show signs of misuse, tampering, or exposure to conditions that compromise stability (for example, prolonged heat or moisture). We may reject returns that fail these checks and may return the product to you at your expense if you request it back.

4. How to start a return

  1. Email help@pharionxthorxian.world or use the contact form with your order number, the email address used for purchase, and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number if your request is approved.
  3. Pack the product securely in a sturdy outer box. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package or include a printed note inside.
  4. Ship the package using a trackable service to the return address we provide. Retain your tracking receipt until the process is complete.

Unauthorized returns sent without an RMA may experience processing delays or refusal.

5. Costs

Unless the return is required due to our error, a defective product, or damage in transit for which the carrier accepts responsibility, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable except where mandated by law or where a promotion explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven to fourteen business days, depending on your financial institution. If the original card expired, we may request updated payment details or issue store credit where permitted.

If you received a partial shipment or billing discrepancy, we may issue a partial refund or reship missing items after verification.

7. Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges for different products or flavors. Where inventory allows, we may accommodate an exchange by issuing a return for one item and a new order for another. You may also place a new order independently and pursue a standard return for the original product when eligible.

8. Damaged or incorrect shipments

If your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, photograph the outer carton, shipping label, and affected products, then contact us within seventy-two hours of delivery. We may file a carrier claim and provide a prepaid return label or replacement at no additional cost when we confirm the issue.

9. Regulatory and safety considerations

Dietary supplements are subject to storage and handling expectations. We cannot accept returns that pose safety concerns, including products returned without adequate temperature or humidity controls when such controls are required on the label. We cooperate with regulators and may retain records of returns for compliance purposes.

10. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank while a return is in process, we may pause the return until the dispute is resolved. Providing accurate information to your card issuer helps avoid duplicate credits.

11. International customers

Our Site primarily serves U.S. addresses. If we approve a cross-border return, you are responsible for customs documentation, duties, and any restocking fees disclosed in advance.

12. Changes

We may update this Return Policy to reflect operational or legal changes. The version on the Site at the time of your purchase generally applies to that purchase, unless a newer version benefits you under mandatory consumer laws.

13. State consumer notices

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under local consumer protection statutes in addition to this Policy. Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be waived. If a state law requires a longer return window or a different remedy for defective goods, we will comply with the law that benefits you.

14. Gift and promotional orders

If you received a product as a gift, the original purchaser’s order number may be required to process a return. Promotional bundles are refunded based on the bundle price allocation shown on your invoice. Free items or samples shipped with a promotion may need to be returned in full for a complete refund.

15. Lost shipments

If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the package, contact us promptly so we can open a carrier investigation. Outcomes depend on carrier findings and may require a signed declaration.
